About the Role:
Hospitality and Special Event Sales Mandatory service experience in hospitality required. Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of events, while maintaining exceptional overall service. Participates in weekly BEO meetings with catering team to review and coordinate upcoming events. Maintains an adequate roster of servers, bartenders, etc. Schedules and supervises them for events. Ensure catering deliveries are to the customer’s guideline and determined event details. Demonstrates the ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action. Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and initiative while overseeing event set up, execution and breakdown. What are the requirements? High School Diploma or GED preferred, can be substituted for prior service manager experience.3+ years in a similar Food Service/Events lead role required. Experience using Triple Seat or other catering/event management software. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
