Chief Sales Officer (Client Confidential)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Senior manager in charge of sales activities and personnel involved in sales.• Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department.• Report to the Chief Executive Officer.• Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.• Establish performance goals for sales team within your pillar & monitors performance.• Development of the strategic sales plan.• Direct sales pillar to achieve objectives established in the company’s strategic plan.• Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors’ degree in a business-related field.• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales management with proven track record.• Strong background in driving sales through social network channels.• Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills.• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives.• Ability to work remotely with limited direction. BASE + COMMISSIONS BONUS. This is a semi-entrepreneurial with percentage equity opportunity with an emerging company. RELOCATION NOT REQUIRED.
