Wage & Hour Litigation Associate New Jersey

Lawyers for Justice, P.C.®, a firm handling wage-and-hour, class and representative actions for regional and national clients, seeks an Associate Attorney licensed in New Jersey to join its growing Legal Department. Based in New Jersey, you will contribute to case strategy and client communication under supervision of senior attorneys. You will research, draft pleadings and motions, assist with depositions, and prepare for and appear at court hearings. Some travel may be required.
