What You'll Do:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities with companies throughout the United States Conduct outbound business development through phone, email, and Linked In outreach Build relationships with hiring managers, executives, and business leaders Recruit, interview, and qualify professional candidates Support executive search, direct hire, and contract staffing engagements Learn consultative B2B sales, negotiation, and account management Achieve weekly and monthly performance goals related to client acquisition and recruiting activity What We're Looking For 0-3 years of professional experience Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive, goal-oriented mindset Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business High level of coachability, accountability, and work ethic Interest in sales, recruiting, business development, or entrepreneurship Ideal Backgrounds Business Sales Marketing Entrepreneurship Finance Communications Former collegiate athletes Student leaders Internship experience in sales, recruiting, customer-facing roles, or business development
