Work closely with company leadership and other departments to support company goals.
Qualifications: Proven manufacturing, production, or operations leadership experience. Strong understanding of production scheduling, inventory, quality, staffing, and manufacturing workflows. Hands-on problem solver who is comfortable working directly on the production floor. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and decision-making skills. We want a leader who can improve processes and establish accountability while treating every employee with respect and dignity and valuing the institutional knowledge of our team. We're looking for someone who wants to plant roots, grow with the company, and help lead the next chapter of an iconic American manufacturer.
