The Residential Services Director supports the daily operations and resident experience within the independent living neighborhood. This role ensures engaging programming, responsive service and smooth operations while fostering a welcoming, service-driven community environment. What You'll Do:
Plan, implement and evaluate independent living activity programs
Partner with Resident Association and support committee-led initiatives
Assist residents during move-ins, transitions and return from healthcare stays
Support assigned departments such as concierge, transportation and security
Resolve resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
Monitor quality-of-life outcomes and resident engagement
Oversee concierge team performance and service standards
Ensure emergency response systems are updated and functioning
Assist with incident reporting and month-end billing documentation
Collaborate with sales and wellness teams to support resident needs

Pay Range:
69,264.00 - 92,560.00
