OR Technician/Medical Assistant

What You'll Do: Assist physicians during office visits and OR/PACU procedures, maintaining sterile technique and preparing rooms, equipment, and sterile fields. Chaperone patient examinations and keep the EMR, charts, labs, imaging, and consents accurate and complete. Clean, disinfect, and sterilize clinical equipment, and keep supplies stocked and inventory current. Provide floating coverage at our Braintree, Leominster, Westborough, and Boston offices, supporting physicians and daily clinical operations based on patient volume and staffing needs. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, sonographers, and the broader clinical team.

What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant or OR Technician program, or equivalent healthcare experience, preferred. Current BLS certification, with experience in a medical office, procedural, surgical, OB/GYN, or fertility setting preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel regularly between Reading, Braintree, Leominster, Westborough, and Boston offices. Schedule This position works 30 to 40 hours per week. Typical shifts run 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., depending on patient volume and operational needs. Regular travel to our Braintree, Leominster, Westborough, and Boston offices is required, and OR/PACU responsibilities are performed at the Reading location.
