We're growing our Fort Lauderdale team and looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for Accounting & Finance placements — from sourcing to close.
What you'll do:
Run a full desk — source, screen, and place top A&F talent Market top consultants to our internal sales team Analyze market trends and build your own candidate network Source across CFO, controllership, tax, audit, FP&A, AP/AR, payroll, and more Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks
What you bring:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Likes direct contact / Face to face or video call meetings Sales / Account Management MindsetA sense of urgency and initiative in a fast-paced environment 1+ years of relevant experience preferred Bachelor's degree highly preferred, not required We believe diversity is our pillar — open-door leadership, a collaborative team culture, and real investment in helping our people grow.
