About the Job:
Injection Molding Technicians are crucial for managing and executing the injection molding process for plastic components used in drug delivery devices. This role focuses on machine setup, process optimization, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate injection molding machines according to specifications.
Monitor the production process and make adjustments to manage product quality.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of molding equipment.
Record production data and maintain logs for process optimization.
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that final products meet specifications.
Job Requirements:
Technical degree or certification in plastics technology or a related field.
Proven experience as an injection molding technician.
Strong understanding of plastics and molding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
