Station Manager/ Director of Sales

Position Overview: The Station Manager/DOS will have full responsibility for the financial performance, sales strategy, operational oversight, and personnel leadership of Rincon's Milwaukee CW and MyNetwork stations, including oversight of a critical Master Control Hub. This executive will drive revenue across linear, digital, OTT, and emerging platforms while cultivating a performance culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Revenue & Sales Growth Lead all revenue strategy across linear, digital, OTT, and non-traditional platforms Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization Drive new business development and major account growth Implement data-driven sales tools Establish clear pipelines, targets, and accountability Operations & Financial Management Own station P&L and budget performance Manage physical, technical, and Master Control operations Ensure FCC compliance and risk management Maintain cost discipline and operational efficiency Leadership & Talent Development Recruit, develop, and retain top sales and management talent Set performance standards and culture of accountability Lead and align department heads around growth goals Market & Client Leadership Represent the stations in the Milwaukee business community Build long-term advertiser and agency relationships Strengthen station brand and market presence Core Qualifications 5+ years senior leadership in broadcast/digital media Proven record of revenue growth Strong TV and digital sales background Experience managing budgets and teams Advanced digital and emerging tech knowledge Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Rincon Broadcasting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
