Apply for this role →About the Position Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Podiatry Join a thriving and well-established podiatry practice affiliated with a respected, independent regional health system serving northwestern Illinois. This physician-led organization offers a collaborative environment, strong referral network, and excellent patient access, allowing providers to build a busy practice from day one.
Position Highlights:
- Podiatry experience preferred
- Established practice with strong patient volume and referral base
- NP or PA will develop and manage their own patient panel
- Focus on non-operative foot and ankle care, including: Fracture management
- Ankle sprains and sports injuries
- Tendonitis treatment
- Diabetic foot evaluations
- Wound care management
- Joint injections
- Nail and routine foot care
- Opportunity to assist in the operating room for interested providers
- Shared call schedule of approximately 1:4
- Outstanding clinical support from experienced RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants
- Join a team consisting of 2 Podiatrists and 1 Advanced Practice Provider

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
Base salary ranging from $120,000 $180,000, depending on experience Additional production-based bonus opportunity
