Associate, Industrials M&A

Responsibilities: Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions from pitch through close Build and maintain financial models, including operating models, DCF, LBO, merger and accretion/dilution analyses Prepare CIMs, management presentations, pitch books and board materials Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, counterparties and advisors Supervise and develop analysts on deal teams Support senior bankers on business development and client coverage

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of investment banking, corporate finance or M&A experience at a top-tier firm, or an MBA with post-MBA investment banking experience Industrials investment banking experience strongly preferred Strong financial modeling, valuation and accounting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment FINRA Series 79 and 63 preferred Compensation The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000, plus a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
