Tin Tin Title– A wholly-owned subsidiary of Loan Factory in Texas seeks a Title Agent-in-Charge / Senior Escrow Manager to lead our opening operations, secure state licenses, and ensure compliance with DOI and underwriters. You will oversee escrow, handle complex files, and manage the escrow ledger while leveraging Qualia, AtClose and Soft Pro integrations to optimize workflows; no sales, pipeline supplied by mortgage division.
