Requirements: Repair and Maintain Vehicle Bodies: Assess and repair damage to heavy-duty truck bodies, trailers, and associated components such as hoods, doors, fenders, bumpers, and chassis. Welding and Fabrication: Utilize welding equipment and fabrication techniques to repair or replace damaged metal components. This includes welding steel and aluminum materials as needed. Panel Replacement: Remove and install damaged panels, ensuring proper alignment and structural integrity. Frame Straightening: Straighten bent or twisted frames using hydraulic equipment and specialized tools to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer specifications. Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, grinding, masking, and applying primers as necessary to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality. Painting: Apply paint and other coatings using spray guns and other painting equipment, ensuring color matching and a high-quality finish.
