HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Your work helps children reach important developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement. You will: Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBASupport children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Collect accurate data during each session Share updates and progress with your BCBA team Complete clear and timely session notes Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; optional weekend availability as needed)15–25+ hours per week, based on your availability and client needs
