Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery & Coordination Conduct employee training programs and facilitate learning sessions Coordinate training schedules with operations leadership and trainees Set up classrooms with audio-visual equipment and training materials Ensure training environments are conducive to learning
Administrative Duties: Enter all training records into ABM University Learning Management System (LMS)Maintain training rosters, attendance records, and personnel training files Ensure compliance with all training requirements Maintain training reference library and materials inventory Materials & Resources Prepare training materials, handouts, and promotional fliers Organize and set up/break down training equipment and classrooms Track training program utilization and effectiveness
Required: Valid driver's license Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills in English Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to adjust schedule for daytime or weekend training when needed
Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish Airport operations experience Background in adult education or training coordination
