What you'll be doing:
- Lead and grow the water/wastewater practice in Houston or AustinDrive business development and secure new project work across public/private sectors
- Oversee design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to engineering staff
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field)PE license (Professional Engineer)10+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater design and project leadership
- Proven track record in business development, proposals, and contract negotiation
- Strong knowledge of pipelines, pump stations, treatment systems, and utility planning
