Jefferson Community Foundation is seeking its first Development Director to lead resource development and growth in Port Townsend, WA. You will architect and guide strategies to increase operating funds and expand the changemaking network. Working with a CEO and a close-knit team, you will strengthen development systems, forge donor relationships, and foster a culture of philanthropy across the organization.
