Overview: The Drucker Institute invites applications for a full-time, 12-month Research Assistant Professor position, with a potential extension of up to 24 months based on performance and funding. The role focuses exclusively on research—no teaching or service required. The selected candidate will work closely with the Drucker Institute's Innovation team to enhance the Corporate Effectiveness Rankings, combining rigorous research with social impact. Responsibilities include attending on-campus meetings, collaborating on research projects, and participating in seminars. Optional teaching opportunities may be available for additional pay.
