Key responsibilities:
Deliver live, synchronous instruction for five or more hours daily, creating an engaging virtual classroom experience
Utilize student performance data to personalize instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
Provide timely feedback on student work and maintain accurate records to keep students and families informedRequired qualificationsActive New Mexico state teaching license in Chemistry for grades 6-12
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings
Proficiency with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools
Ability to read and utilize student performance data effectively
