Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our paving team, working on a variety of projects including residential driveways, commercial parking lots, and road construction. This role involves collaborating in medium-sized crews to ensure efficient and quality paving operations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for paving, ensuring proper leveling and compaction Operate paving equipment such as pavers and rollers safely and effectively Lay asphalt accurately according to project specifications Collaborate with team members to maintain project workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
Entry-level to experienced in paving seal coating and striping. Ability to work well in team environments
