Senior Mechanical Project Manager - Lead & Mentor Teams

AR&B Mechanical Contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Project Manager to own projects from pre-construction through closeout, serving as the primary client contact and guiding teams. You will mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers while ensuring successful delivery across complex mechanical projects. You will manage budgets, schedules and change orders, coordinate with internal design and field staff, and cultivate strong client relationships, with LEED accreditation
