On-Site Community Concierge

IWG is seeking a Customer Service/Community Associate for an on-site role in Canada. You’ll manage daily customer needs, help with center operations, and build a welcoming community for clients across diverse industries. You’ll handle tasks from admin to event planning, assist with room setup and tech, and coordinate with the City Manager to maintain an excellent service experience for all visitors.
