Shift:
2:00 PM–11:00 PMWe are seeking reliable Beef Prep Associates to join a fast-paced food-production facility.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, weigh, portion, and organize beef. Load meat and ingredients into processing equipment. Inspect products for proper weight, quality, and appearance. Label and move prepared products to the appropriate production area. Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas. Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures. Perform additional production duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Food-production or meat-processing experience is preferred. Must be comfortable handling raw beef. Ability to work in a refrigerated environment. Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
