Conservation Programs Director, Soil to Supper

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Soil to Supper initiative, focused on enhancing market access for livestock producers. You will work closely with the Program Manager to translate grant requirements and operational goals into practical applications, supporting producers across the Southwest. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in conservation program management, relationship building, and strategic program design. This position may be extended beyond 2028, depending on funding.
