Digital Asset Delivery Specialist - BIM, COBie & FM

The role bridges design, construction, and facility operations by ensuring accurate data in CMMS/IWMS/EAM platforms with COBie oversight. The ideal candidate brings expertise in asset tagging, BIM for FM, digital turnover, and data governance, with hands-on experience in Revit, ACC, and CMMS
