Senior Manager: ServiceNow CMDB & Analytics

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow CMDB and Analytics to lead the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of the CMDB and enterprise analytics. This role partners with platform engineering, enterprise architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted data and actionable insights through dashboards and reports. Hybrid schedule includes 3 in-person days at core locations Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; and Quincy, MA, with 2 remote days.
