Software Engineer

The Role: As a Backend Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for building the server-side architecture that powers their platform. You'll work directly with their Client Success, Product, and Engineering teams to develop robust, scalable solutions that handle the demanding workflows of institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities: Server-side architecture: Design and implement backend logic for data processing, integration workflows, and agentic AI orchestration Database design & optimization: Create and maintain efficient database schemas (MongoDB, Redis) with a focus on data integrity and securityAPI development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs that enable seamless communication between frontend, backend, and third-party integrations (Datasite, Grata, etc.)What You Bring Advanced Python proficiency with production-grade code qualityRESTful API development experience designing, building, and maintaining APIsMongoDB and Redis expertise — comfortable working with both document and in-memory data stores Distributed systems & multi-threading knowledge — strong experience with event driven architectures, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, Pub Sub. Interest in LLMs and generative AI — familiarity with how language models are integrated into applications Problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment
