Subchapter V Trustee: Bankruptcy Reorg Leader

The United States Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee, seeks candidates to join a pool of Subchapter V trustees who may be appointed to administer bankruptcy cases in the District of New Jersey and other districts as needed. Applicants should have strong administrative and financial skills; fiduciary and bankruptcy experience are desirable.
