Director, Fleet & Facilities Operations

The City of Missouri City, Texas, seeks a hands-on, service‑oriented professional to serve as Director of Fleet & Facilities. This leadership role oversees fleet, facilities, asset management, and ADA compliance to keep city assets safe and ready. Reporting to the City Manager, the Director directs budget, procurement, maintenance programs, and vendor coordination, shaping operations across 226 vehicles, 170 pieces of equipment, and 17 city buildings.
