Trust Estate Attorney

Salary: $110,000–$200,000 annually (DOE)

Responsibilities: Advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and asset protection strategies. Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Assist clients with estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings. Provide legal guidance on estate tax planning, wealth preservation, and succession planning.

Qualifications: Active New Hampshire Bar license required. Minimum of 3 years of trusts and estates experience. Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Excellent drafting, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Compensation: $110,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience.
