Maintain high performance metrics, including sales revenue and customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in chat sales or a contact center
Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
Reliable internet connection with specified download and upload speeds
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
