Senior Patent Licensing & Monetization Attorney

Tech Stream is seeking an experienced Patent Attorney who combines strong patent-law expertise with technical aptitude, commercial judgment, and an interest in patent licensing and monetization. This role works closely with licensing, legal, technical, and business teams to evaluate patents, develop licensing positions, support negotiations and enforcement activities, and identify opportunities to strengthen and expand Tech Stream's patent portfolios.
