Loan Modification & Post-Closing Coordinator

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Loss Mitigation Post Closing Coordinator I to work on-site in Orange, CA. You will be responsible for receipt, monitoring, and delivery of modification collateral documents to agencies and departments, ensuring compliance with HAMP, FHA, VA, USDA, and Ginnie Mae requirements. You will collaborate with third party vendors, assist with title issues, and provide status reporting to the Manager/Supervisor.
