ROLE OVERVIEW:
What a CI Clinic Director does
Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and support clinicians in providing individualized treatment and plans of care. You'll play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization, program development, digital marketing collaboration, and fostering relationships with medical professionals and community stakeholders. At CI, you won't just be a director — you'll be a treating clinician, a team builder, a community connector, and a champion for every kid and family who walks through your doors. Ivy's rewarding work environment allows for collaboration and mentorship while maintaining the autonomy and growth that is specific to each teammate's passions and expertise. What you'll lead Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic. Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience. Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team. Build relationships with referral partners and the community. Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth. Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting. REQUIREMENTS
What we're looking for:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
Current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP in Wisconsin (treating component required)
Highly Preferred:
- Previous pediatric therapy experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for building something new
- Strong communication and community relationship-building skills
- Commitment to CI's values: compassion, collaboration, innovation, creativity
- Leadership experience preferred
- Deep love for kids, families, and play-based, strengths-first therapy
