Veteran Mental Health Counselor & Housing Specialist

Swords to Plowshares is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to deliver direct services for housing retention, including substance use and mental health interventions. You will manage a veteran caseload, provide individual and group counseling, and advocate for residents' needs within a supportive housing program. Responsibilities include data collection for reporting, collaborating with VA and community partners, and maintaining clinical charts in HMIS.
