Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate

Exciting FP&A role | Real Estate Investment Firm | NYCFP&A – Real Estate Investment Firm (NYC) Our client, a NYC-based real estate investment firm focused on residential communities, is seeking an FP&A professional to join their team in the NYC office. This is a newly created position reporting directly to the CFO, giving you real visibility and a genuine opportunity to shape and build out the FP&A function as the firm continues to scale. 130-$150k salary plus 10-20% bonus~ Hybrid schedule, four days in the office and one remote~ Compare actual results to plan across income statements, balance sheets and cash flows Analyze financial trends and recommend ways to support growth and reduce costs Perform monthly variance analysis on the financial statements Prepare lender materials and compliance certificates Serve as a finance and planning systems resource with an interest in the technology side of finance Act as a data link between Finance, Asset Management and Property Operations Track and report on risk items, including loan guarantees Partner with business owners and management, applying solid accounting and financial reporting knowledge4–6 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience~ Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, and strong financial modeling skills~ MBA, and experience with Yardi and/or Salesforce is a plus
