Development Director — Arts Growth & Partnerships

Creative Growth Art Center seeks a Development Director to unlock the organization’s distinctive nonprofit model—blending philanthropy, earned revenue, art sales, licensing, events, and public funding—to advance artists with developmental disabilities. You will lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy and build strong partnerships with foundations, sponsors, donors, and civic leaders to sustain and grow impact during a pivotal period of growth and organizational evolution.
