Business Analyst

Location: Dallas, TXWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong Mainframe and Payments/Banking background. Key Skills & Responsibilities:7+ years of experience in Business Analysis. Strong Mainframe background with experience in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.Experience working on Payments and/or Banking-related projects. Strong data analysis and SQL skills. Proven ability to act as a trusted bridge between business users and technical teams. Ability to clearly communicate business/product requirements, business value, risks, impacts, and technology implications. Strong requirement prioritization and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Work closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Support development teams by clarifying requirements and backlog/user stories. Collaborate with the Scrum Master on Agile sprint planning and execution. Mainframe experience is highly preferred / good to have. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80000 - 100000/ per annum.
