CFO: Strategic Finance Leader for a Mission-Driven Nonprofit

The YMCA of Central Kentucky seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, risk management, and reporting. Reporting to the President & CEO, the CFO will partner with senior leadership and the Board to guide capital projects, grants, and multi-year planning. This role requires a strong track record in nonprofit finance, experience with capital campaigns, and the ability to build a high-performing finance team while maintaining integrity and accountability.
