New graduates (2023 and 2024) are welcome, as are H-1B and J-1 candidates. Visa expenses are covered and green card sponsorship is available through established rural programs (Conrad 30 / ARC).The practice is growing because of strong community need. Current urologists are operating at the 90th percentile and the group is adding a physician to meet demand. The role can remain hospital-employed long term or transition to partnership.
