About the Role: Supply Planner / Senior Supply Planner

Location: Remote

Compensation: $90,000–$125,000 base salary, calibrated based on experience We’re looking for a highly analytical, organized, and accountable Supply Planner / Senior Supply Planner to own supply planning across a defined set of co-manufacturers and suppliers. This person will help ensure strong product availability, healthy inventory levels, and effective coordination across demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities: Develop and manage supply plans for finished goods and raw materials Translate demand forecasts, lead times, capacity, and constraints into executable production plans Issue purchase orders and rolling production forecasts to co-manufacturers Proactively identify and resolve shortages, delays, excess inventory, and other supply risks Manage inventory health across the DC network, balancing customer service and working capital Partner with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Sales, Logistics, and co-manufacturers to align supply with business priorities Support S&OP with supply risks, opportunities, inventory projections, and recommendations Track and analyze key planning metrics including fill rate, inventory turns, forecast attainment, and production adherence Help improve planning tools, processes, reporting, and systems as Jinx continues to scale Qualifications 3+ years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, inventory management, or a related role; 5+ years for Senior Supply Planner Consumer goods experience required; a mix of startup and larger-company experience is a plus Experience managing co-manufacturers, suppliers, production schedules, and capacity constraints Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and how planning decisions impact the broader business Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear actions Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills Experience with ERP and/or planning systems such as Net Suite or SAPHighly organized, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong communicator who can influence cross-functional stakeholders and consistently follow through
