Full-Time Remote Referral Agent

Key Responsibilities: Promote our services through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and personal networks (friends, relatives, groups, etc.) Reach out to potential clients for an initial call to explain the service and check basic eligibility Conduct a first discussion to understand the client's needs and seriousness Refer qualified and serious clients to our immigration team for a consultation Follow up regularly with your referred clients to guide them through the process Facilitate payments for clients when needed using a secure and agreed method Submit daily or weekly reports of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, responsible, and proactive Familiar with using social media to promote services Able to work independently and meet weekly targets Experience in sales, customer service, or client communication is a plus Must be available Monday to Friday (full-time) What We Offer Full training and onboarding Supportive remote team environment Clear referral process and tools provided Growth opportunities within Greenlight Immigration Inc.
