Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant

Position Summary: Back in Motion Chiropractic is seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to support both the front office and patient-care areas of our clinic. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, communicates professionally, and is comfortable assisting patients in a bus healthcare environment. This position includes scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, payment collection, clinic maintenance, and occasional assistance with rehabilitation and therapy procedures based on patient flow.##Responsibilites-Greet patients and provide a friendly, professional clinic experience.-Check patients in and out and maintain an efficient patient flow.-Answer telephone calls, emails, and patient messages.-Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.-Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.-Collect copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, outstanding balance, and required advance payments.-Process payments, provide receipts, and document transactions accurately.-Enter and update patient demographic, insurance, and account information.-Maintain accurate records and protect patient confidentiality.-Prepare treatment rooms and chiropractic tables.-Clean and disinfect treatment tables, equipment, and patient-care areas.-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, treatment rooms, and common areas.-Monitor clinical and office supplies and report items that need to be reordered.-Perform other front-office and clinical-support duties as assigned.##Qualifications-Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.-High school diploma or GED required.-Previous medical, chiropractic, physical-therapy, rehabilitation, or other healthcare experience is preferred.-Professional verbal and written communication skills.-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.-Comfortable collection payments and discussing patient financial responsibility.-Comfortable using computers, telephone systems, email, and scheduling software.-Able to multitask and remain professional in a clinic environment.-Reliable, punctual, compassionate, and willing to learn.##Compensation and Schedule-Compensation s expected to range from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on healthcare experience, bilingual proficiency, administrative skills, and overall qualifications.-The work schedule and final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.##How ToApply Please submit your resume along with the following information:-Your current availability-Your earliest available start date-Your healthcare or medical-office experience-Your experience with insurance verification and payment collection-Your level of fluency in English and Spanish-Your desired hourly rate within the posted range-A brief explanation of why you would be a good fit for this position Back in Motion Chiropractic is an equal-opportunity employer.
