Investigation Representative, ROW IB

Investigation Representative Rest of World Inbound (ROW IB) team is seeking a highly motivated Investigation Representative to help manage daily operational activities centrally across fulfillment centers. Our teams' objective is to perform research and investigation on payment disputes across fulfillment centers. The Investigation Representative will support in virtual investigation while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. An Investigation Representative at ROW IB is responsible for research workflow and investigation, flow of information among stakeholders, and taking day-to-day decisions accurately in a timely manner. Key job responsibilities: Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times Provides/expedites prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers/partners team Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix Demonstrate excellent time-management skills Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements
