What You'll Do: Support clients living with Alzheimer's, Dementia, ALS, and Parkinson'shelping them stay safe, comfortable, and at home, where they belong. Your days will include: personal carebathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene, always delivered with dignity; mobility support, safe transfers, and gentle redirection for memory care clients; meal preparation and mealtime assistance; light housekeeping, errands, grocery runs, and prescription pick-ups; transporting clients to appointments and outings; monitoring wellbeing and keeping the care team informed when something changes; being the calm, consistent presence that clients and families count on every single day. You're the One We're Looking For If You Are... Experienced in hands-on caregivingespecially with memory care or neurodegenerative conditions. Patient, dependable, and genuinely compassionate. A clear communicator who works well with clients, families, and care teams. Able to follow a personalized care planand adapt when life doesn't go to plan. In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Able to pass a background check and provide a current TB test.
