What You'll Do:
Coordinate transportation services and support daily dispatch operations
Communicate with clients, chauffeurs, and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor trips in real time and proactively address service issues before they become problems
Manage schedule changes, service updates, and operational adjustments
Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels
Enter, maintain, and verify information within company systems
Support operational initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality
Take ownership of challenges and help find solutions in a dynamic environment
