Who You'll Serve Closely held businesses, from small service companies to $100M+ manufacturers and distributors, including a strong base of construction clients High net worth individuals and families with multi-K-1, multi-state returns Trusts, estates, and private foundations Investment partnerships and funds of funds Entrepreneurs, business owners, and retirees
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and review individual, partnership, S corp, C corp, trust, estate, and gift returns
- Work directly with partners and managers on tax projections and planning projects
- Build real relationships with clients and become a trusted point of contact
- Help train and review the work of Staff accountants
- Research technical issues and bring solutions, not just questions
- Get exposure to estate, succession, and business planning work that most Seniors don't see until much later
- What You Bring 3+ years of public accounting tax experienceCPA or actively pursuing itSolid experience with business and individual returns
- Construction or closely held business experience is a plus
- Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to grow into a Manager role
