The company self-performs commercial drywall and metal framing across the Upstate. This is a field-based role: run the floor, keep subcontracted crews staffed and productive, and hold quality on cold-form metal framing and drywall before it reaches the owner. Low-turnover culture, bonus program, and a full package including a company vehicle. For a commercial framing superintendent with a few years under their belt who wants a project to run and room to grow, this one moves quickly. Anticipated $65K-$90K, based on experience Bonus eligible Company fleet vehicle Cell phone and tablet provided 401(k) and health insurance (Dental, Vision, PTO, holidays to confirm)
Overview:
Cover an active commercial drywall and metal framing project in the field: staff and drive subcontractor crews, verify material, and hold quality Catch cold-form metal framing and layout errors before they are buried behind board Coordinate with project management on schedule and manpower Hold finish quality on high-end commercial interior work before owner walkthroughs Report to branch leadership / senior field leadership
Preferred Skills and Experience
Strongly Preferred:
