The role focuses on guest experience, staff development, and achievement of service and sales goals in a wellness environment. The ideal candidate has prior management experience in spa, med spa, salon, or wellness settings and is dependable, organized, and solutions-focused. This position is full-time and in-person at our Cedar Hill spa.
